Where to Get the WebLogic 7.0 Installable Files
The software trial version is freely available on the Web site http://commerce.beasys.com/downloads/weblogic_server.jsp. Here you have the option of downloading either the whole installable package (the HTTP Download link) or a download manager (called dps-dw for the Windows platform version), which then starts the installation (Download link). The download manager is much smaller than the actual installable package. However, this download manager requires an Internet connection while you install the package so that it can download the installable files from the BEA Web site.
