Examining the DropDownList Web Control
There are certain forms of input in which the user must select precisely one option from a list of suitable choices. For example, a software company might want to create a support site where users can find answers to common questions about the company's various software products. When looking for answers to product questions, it would be helpful if, along with searching for certain keywords, the user could select the particular software product causing trouble.
