With Outlook 2003, you can better manage the details of your life. Not only is Outlook an email and contacts manager (as you learned in Hour 15, “Communicating with Outlook 2003”), but Outlook also manages your calendar, to-do tasks, and other items that help you perform your routine duties. In this hour, you'll learn how to use Outlook's calendar for keeping track of appointments and scheduling reminders for those appointments. In addition, you will learn how to use Outlook's secondary features such as journaling and notes management.
