Training the Project Team
It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to develop a training strategy for all the different levels of the Project Team. SAP has identified three levels of training, as summarized in Table 7.1, illustrated in Figure 7.2, and described in the following sections.

| 1 | None | Level 1 courses identify entry-level or high-level overview classes designed to introduce a general theme to the student for the first time (for example, an SAP Overview course). |
