IMG Basics
Using transaction code /nSPRO, your initial view of an IMG structure is always a tree diagram with symbols shown to the left. You can use the plus (+) signs to the left of each item (for older SAP releases) or the triangles (for newer SAP releases) in the tree structure to expand that branch of the tree to view its substructure. You can also expand branches by placing your cursor on a line item and then following the menu path Edit, Expand/Collapse or by placing your cursor on a line item and pressing the F5 key on your keyboard. To expand all possible branches, place your cursor on the highest level and select Edit, All Subnodes.
