Start Small, Think Big
The longest journey starts with a single step. So it is with an SAP implementation. Instead of biting off more than you can chew, avoid project-stalling points of contention by starting small. Divide large tasks into smaller, more manageable ones. In doing so, you will be positioned to make true progress, all the while working toward your overall goal of implementing SAP.
