Let’s face it: You don’t use Google Analytics to tell you how great you’re doing. You use Google Analytics to help you fix problems.
Although a website can have many types of problems, from slow loading to broken links, the biggest problem is poorly performing pages. These are pages that are key to your visitors’ experience or your revenue flow but, for some reason, don’t do their job. These pages are poor performers because they don’t advance visitors to the next step; instead, they encourage visitors to leave your site completely—which is not a good thing.
