Why Research Is Important
Whether you’re buying or selling, it pays to do your research. In regard to eBay, this means researching past sales to find out what similar items have sold for.
Why is research important? If you’re a buyer, you need to know the going price for the items you’re looking for, so you don’t overpay. And if you’re a seller, you need to know what’s selling and for how much, so you can better decide what to sell and how to price it.
