Hour 2. The Basics: The CRM Functionality Vocabulary
In this hour, the building blocks of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are explored. The core entities (record types), or building blocks, make up the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Building blocks include items such as an Account, Contact, and Opportunity. Additionally, some building blocks might not be used by every company as Cases, Orders, and Invoices. Within each of these sections, I have also added insight into areas around each building block that might be less obvious.
