Introduction
In Hour 18, “Building a Functional Menu,” you learned how to build a CSS-based menu. This is the preferred approach for building menus because it is flexible and allows for easy styling and dynamic content building. Nevertheless there is another method to build menus—and in particular drop-down menus—that is often used that involves buttons and layers. Throughout the book you learned about buttons, behaviors, and layers. In this appendix, you use that knowledge to create an advanced and functional drop-down menu for easy navigation.
