Table blocks are appropriate when you want to see the actual details and numbers. However, when you are trying to identify trends, patterns, and exceptions, visually displaying your data in a chart is a more effective block style.

Inserting a New Chart

The procedure to add a chart is similar to that of adding a table, although you must first choose a chart style. Although you can always change your chart types later, before creating a chart, you will need to pick one of the available chart types: column chart, line chart, or pie chart.

To create a chart, follow these steps:
