Universe Parameters and Query Options
Universe parameters provide information about your universe as well as allow you to change query behavior such as how long a query can run and the complexity of the SQL generated. The business layer parameters you enter here can also be overridden by settings for individual users or groups (see Chapter 12).
To access the universe parameters, from the Business Layer tab, position your mouse on the name of the universe. If you have selected an individual object such as a folder or dimension, then the properties for that object appear in the pane on the right.
