Finally, we have arrived at a point where Go-Live is just a few months away. Although ValueSAP’s Global Roadmap calls this the tail end of the Realization phase, the older ASAP methodology referred to this stage of an SAP project plan as “Final Preparation.” I like this term, as in my experience, systems and stress testing falls into the collection of final tasks performed in the name of Go-Live preparation. ASAP devotes very little attention to these key project milestones, however.
