In Chapter 2, we enabled and configured Career Worksheet. We granted admin permissions and learned how to create career paths. We saw how to choose the settings for suggesting roles. We viewed the process to add expected ratings to job role competencies, and we looked at the Role Readiness Assessment form. Now, we are ready to see how Career Worksheet is used by an employee and their manager.
