Chapter 2: Accessing and Investigating Data

2.1 Introduction

In this chapter, we discuss importing the data into SAS Visual Analytics, perform data transforms, and look at some of the exploration tools available.

2.2 Accessing the Data

Your data sources available in SAS Visual Analytics can be prepared by a data administrator or analyst so that you can easily create a report. Alternatively, if you have the required permissions, you are able to upload your own data sources. The data administrator role can load tables into memory.
