As the audience assembles for your presentation, you can be sure of one question that is on everyone’s mind: “How long is this presentation going to be?”
More often than not, you have no choice; someone has dictated the amount of time for the presentation. If you do have a say, keep in mind that shorter is better; if you can’t get your message across in 1 hour, 2 hours won’t necessarily make a difference.
