One Conductor, Many Accounts

Fugue’s multi-account feature allows organizations to manage their cloud infrastructure using a single, consistent interface—--that is, a single Conductor—--regardless of how resources are instantiated across different users’ AWS accounts. Using many accounts governed by the same Conductor gives teams both flexibility and control in distributing workloads. You can establish well-articulated, standard practices for everyone building software with this collaboration feature, in concert with the other features introduced later in this chapter. Multi-account improves system security by managing human intervention in ways that are difficult to bypass, on accident or with intention.
