Lesson 17. “Hollywood Look” Cowboy
This one’s fun because after we apply as much of the 7-Point System as we need, we get to apply a nice “Hollywood Look” effect in Photoshop that takes the image to a whole ’nother level. The cowboy here is actually sitting on a horse (which has nothing to do with our image editing—I just thought you’d want to know), and he’s backlit against a gray sky, so there are plenty of challenges here to keep you busy. I was able to throw a little light back into his face by using a reflector, but it just wasn’t enough to do the job. I guess that’s why Adobe invented Photoshop.
