What Is a 2iC Chain?

In a 2iC chain, two or more Seconds-in-Command are linked with a 1iC. A chain of 2iCs is even more powerful than a single 2iC, creating the potential for a 10× impact (see Figure 2: Value of a 2iC Chain in the chapter “Why This Book?”).
