Crafting a travel guide to a virtual world as expansive as Second Life is no easy task. How can you adequately catalog a terrain that is so large and constantly evolving? A world where new islands are created with the flip of a server switch and teleportation is the primary mode of transportation. The truth is that it would be somewhat impossible to map and catalog every whereabouts; however, I can highlight some of the best-of-the-best or must-see destinations for you. This book is a collection of more than 100 regions that have amazed me through my virtual travels—places that have captured my imagination and hopefully will capture yours as well.
