In Chapter 5 I discussed how one of the best marketing techniques you can have is a happy client. The only better marketing technique is to have happy employees.

The one common theme among the most successful companies is that they take good care of their employees and create a strong corporate culture. If you treat your team members well, the majority of them will take good care of your clients. A strong corporate culture is a company’s best competitive advantage, and it’s probably the most difficult quality to replicate.
