Process Quality
Process quality is a concept that has been addressed in many ways. Because it considers other factors in addition to the effectiveness and efficiency of a process, quality definitions can vary among process implementations. At the simplest, quality can be defined as a lack of defects. However, that definition isn’t really very satisfactory because other factors may be involved.
