The presence concept has been in existence for a while. It helps users know the e-presence status of other users who connect to your (or partner) organization’s (for example, organization XYZ) corporate network through a PC or a mobile device. Moreover, it gives the state of availability that the users are currently in real time. With all that said, did you ever wonder why the person you were trying to call was busy while the presence status shows available?
