Remember that a smartphone is not just a phone but a very portable computer system, as are iPads, tablets, smartwatches and any other personal smart devices. They should be managed as computers, applying the computer security described in this book.
There are two main operating systems for smartphones and tablets: iOS is the operating system for Apple iPhones and tablets, and Android is the operating system for most other smartphones and tablets.
