Chapter 9. Troubleshooting CS-MARS
The Cisco Security Monitoring, Analysis, and Response System (CS-MARS) is a complex product, and it contains information that is critical to your organization. You must understand what to do when a problem occurs with the system, or when something doesn't seem to work like it should.
This chapter provides you with the steps you need to efficiently troubleshoot MARS. Don't forget, however, that the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is always available to assist. In the United States, you can call the TAC at 1-800-553-2447. Outside the United States, refer to the TAC directory at http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/687/Directory/DirTAC.shtml.
