Connecting Behavioral Goals with Business Goals

You may be thinking something along the lines of: “My company is would never do anything fun like what you’re describing. How do you get businesses to invest in some of these ideas?”

Let me share a brilliant question I picked up from Joshua Porter in his book Designing for the Social Web.

What do people have to do in order for your business to be successful?
