This book was born out of a 40-year-plus journey of wanting to have a powerfully positive impact, my unquenchable desire to understand what it takes to accomplish what we want personally and professionally, and a deep passion to help teams and organizations create positive change through the power of their people. I have sought to create a shift from the unconscious focus on what we are trying to avoid and what we fear to an intentional focus on what we want individually and collectively.
