After years of self-healing and inner work, I now believe that love is not one thing; it is everything.
And that love starts with self-love.
Love is how you create meaning in your work; interact with others; build your business; set boundaries; spread kindness to others; mentor your team; take action towards your own goals; and even choose to spend your money. It is, of course, more complex and multi-dimensional than this, and doesn't need to be broken down further in this book for you to be able to understand the role self-love plays in building your business and helping you achieve greater success in your life. How it can help you become self-made.
