This is a good example of the less than satisfactory titles that could wind up at the head of an article, imposed by the editor without consultation. This is clearly intended to be a pun of the lamest kind, but just leaves lingering doubt as to whether balanced connections are a bit dubious and require careful weighing of the pros and cons. This is of course untrue; a balanced connection is almost always better than an unbalanced one, and the decision is usually based on economics.
