Part IV. Preparing to Sell

A day of selling is not much different from a theater play. In both cases, rehearsing and preparation are crucial: lines to learn, a stage to set up, an atmosphere to create, a Director's comments to take into consideration, with a unique goal—an audience to enthrall. All things considered, a day of selling is much more difficult than a part in a play. In a boutique, the entire cast is doomed to excellence because there will not be any second chances. On top of this, each and every Sales Ambassador must play both the leading part and the supporting role to assist other colleagues. Last, but not least, the Sales Team must improvise a new role for each and every new customer, while never forgetting that the show must go on, whatever happens.
