Phase II Findings: Demographics and Practices

This chapter presents high-level findings from the second phase of the research project. The primary research question for this phase of the study was, “How do you sell project management to senior executives?” In order to answer this question we collected a large database of information on the status of project management practice in organizations today, and the success of those attempting to sell project management to senior executives.
