We wanted to write a book about leadership. We had to define the content representing a new way of looking at this subject. It was not an easy task because there is abundant literature. But we were confident because we have gathered valuable material during many years of study and research on management, in the form of articles, books, class notes and others. Also, we wanted to take advantage of the information available on the internet (although it is not easy to separate the wheat from the chaff) and learn something new about management.
