The sensible, human centered, insightful and prudent leader is an ethical leader who inspires followers to engage enthusiastically in the defined organization’s mission. They lead by example, living the values they cherish in three realms: their relationship with followers, the subtle management of power and political processes in the organization, and the relations with stakeholders.
