The sensitivity and knowledge about the environment in which we operate is required on a “real time” basis. And the need to understand in advance the probable impact of our actions is crucial. Elon Musk is highly adept at environmental analysis, perhaps, but almost totally unaware of, and tone-deaf to, the consequence of his actions (lying to the SEC, calling a critic a “pedophile”).
THE NO NORMAL®
I’ve trademarked this term, No Normal, because the idea that we will “return to normal” or establish a “new normal” is preposterous. I’m writing this in 2022, and you’re reading it in 2023, so you can readily test if I’m right.
First, let me point out that “normal” means “average” ...
