So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 7. Project management
Project management and planning provide the framework for the execution of each of the increments of development delivery: first, they enable the project to take place, start the increments, and monitor the project progress (see Figure 7.1). Should problems occur, then the enabling activity is revisited to adjust the process, the increments, and/or the resources. This pattern is repeated for each project and in fact is a pattern for all development activities; it is like a fractal pattern repeated at every level of activity: enable, do, monitor.
