We realized when we concluded our last book, Bust the Silos: Opening Your Organization for Growth (Create Space, 2010), that while we initially targeted the content to mature professional business executives in large organizations, we also had hoped to speak to a new generation of professionals who had a different set of business values than their predecessors.
As the members of the first digital native generation in history take their place in the business world, they bring a mindset that will challenge and change many institutions, countries, and cultures.
