How to do it...

  1. Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
  2. Type the instance URL in the address bar.
  3. Log in to the Service-Now instance using the credentials.
  4. Type the Report in the search bar (left-hand side).
  5. Click on scheduled reports module under reports application, which acts as a repository of all scheduled reports:

  1. Click on Scheduled Execution of Last Month Incident Report and scroll down, in the Included in Email related list, click on New:
