- Open any standard web browser.
- Log in to the Service-Now instance with the credentials.
- Type system policy in the search box and service-now will search system policy application, and under the rule section you can find all related module such as Data lookup Definitions, Assignment Lookup Rules, Assignment, and so on:

- To assign values in the assigned to or assignment group fields, you can use assignment look up:
