Testing best practice involves using a more realistic user account. The interplay of security rules can be complex. Follow these steps to do so:
- Firstly, add the role to a group. Navigate to Hotel > Maintenance groups. Select Maintenance, click on Edit under Roles, select all five roles that begin with x_hotel from the slush bucket, and hit Save. We want these team members to have full access to the Hotel tables.
A better way to do this would be create a job role (maybe called x_hotel.housekeeping) and then include each of these functional roles in it. Then you only need to associate the job role with the group, making maintenance easier. We'll do just this with a team leader role in a moment.
