How to do it…

1. Open any standard web browser and type the instance address.
2. Log in to the Service-Now instance with the credentials.
3. In the search box on the left-hand side, type Local Update Sets and Service-Now will search out the module Local Update set module for you:

4. Now, you need to click on Local Update Sets module under System Update Sets application to create a new update set so that you can capture your entire customization in the update set:
