With any new engagement, passion flames when you first met the client, curiosity emerges in the clarification stage, adrenaline gets running when creating new ideas and the real buzz emerges when making a change. However, when the excitement is over, someone has to confirm that what was wanted has actually been delivered. At this point, everyone looks around to find a willing victim, someone who is prepared to put his or her neck on the line to measure the outcome.
