It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Yesod may be one of the fastest web frameworks in existence,[38] but that’s not the only reason it’s worth learning. Yesod is written in Haskell, a language that is as expressive as many dynamic languages but which has a static type system that makes Java’s or C++’s look like a toy.
