Up to this point, we have discussed customizations that are selectively applied to sites. In this chapter, we talk about customizations that are globally applied to every site. We discuss customizing themes, automated emails, document icons, and online help.

Themes

Themes provide a quick way for users to customize their site’s look. Behind the scenes, all that is happening is the application of predefined style sheets.
