Adding Office 365-style drop-down menus to suite bar links

SharePoint on Office 365 includes additional links related to Office 365 services in the suite bar, including a drop-down menu of links. Standard installations of SharePoint include the CSS styles and basic JavaScript required to handle these Office 365 drop-down menus.
