In earlier chapters, we illustrated why shifting is so hard, what to do to get ready to shift, and some principles to ensure that the execution of the shift goes according to plan. It takes an extraordinary individual to be able to overcome the obstacles as well as to prepare and successfully execute a meaningful shift.
