Chapter 2 Studio Production

There are two different environments in which to shoot video—in a studio or out on location (field production). This chapter focuses on in-studio production and introduces some concepts that will be used later in the book to help you understand field production.

In this chapter you'll learn about the positions in a TV studio, different types of video transitions, three-point lighting, and in-studio directing.
