Managing Messages with Color and Rules

You can color-code your messages that you send to or received from particular contacts for quick and easy recognition. Use the Ways To Organize pane to specify how you want to apply color to your messages. You can also display folders using specific views. Outlook provides a way to organize each of your folders using specific criteria, known as rules, that you set. For example, you can set your Inbox to store incoming messages from a particular person in an existing folder.
