Monitoring Task Progress

After you've passed along ownership of a task, you will want to keep track of it. Whenever it's edited, you'll want to check the changes, just as you will need to know any supplemental information about the task and stay up to date on its status. Outlook enables you to automatically keep track of assigned tasks and receive regular updates on their progress. When you create a task, you are designated as the owner of that task.
