On the chilly afternoon of November 23, 1951, the Princeton University football team hosted a fierce competitor, Dartmouth. This was an important game for both teams for several reasons. First, it was the final game of the season, and each team was eager to end on a high note. Second, the Princeton team was enjoying an undefeated season and wanted to continue its winning streak.
