What’s our greatest tool to move toward success? It’s not money. It’s not IQ. It’s not even time. It’s actually pretty simple and, in fact, I’m leveraging the tool right now. Our greatest tool as we move toward success is conversation. Think about it. How much of your day do you spend in conversations? When we’re not in a conversation, we’re often consumed with thinking about the last conversation we had or dreading the next conversation we’re about to have. As I am sure you have heard dozens of times, it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. Actually, it’s what you know about who you know that makes the difference.
